What’s Therapy Like?
Therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all journey. Every person arrives with a different story, different challenges, and different hopes for change. The work we do together will be shaped by who you are and what you need.
What I believe, though, is that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
In therapy, we'll create space to slow down and listen more closely to your experience. We'll explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and coping strategies that have helped you survive, while gently examining whether they still serve the life you want to live.
Sometimes people come to therapy because anxiety, burnout, grief, or relationship distress have become too difficult to carry alone.
Other times, they arrive because something more subtle is asking for attention. A sense of disconnection despite outward success. A recurring pattern in relationships. A feeling that the life they've built no longer fits as comfortably as it once did.
Often, both are true.
Therapy can be more than symptom relief.
It can be a path back to yourself.
From survival to aliveness.
From overwhelm to clarity.
From disconnection to connection.
From simply getting through the day to living with greater intention, meaning, and presence.
